The house has a comfortable common area where you will have a refrigerator and everything you need to prepare a snack: a Nespresso machine, a microwave oven and a kettle. You will also have access to a balcony, very popular with smokers.

Breakfast is offered by us in an elegant bar located in Piazza Santa Croce, bar "Finisterre", from 7am to 12am. If you do not use the breakfast vouchurs, please leave them in the room.

Those who come to Florence by car can park at the Tintori Garage, which is just a step away from the B&B. Thanks to the convention that we have with the garage you will get the special rate of 26 euros per day and you will have free access to the ZTL zone.

We are available for booking tours and restaurants, you must contact us before your arrival in Florence to guarantee this service.
On request we can book the airport pick-up.

Grocery shop/ Laundry shop/ Cafe/ Bar/ Restaurants are all very close to our apartment.

If you arrive at the B&B between 10am-3pm, you will be welcomed by Lavinia or Riccardo for taking the keys, you can leave your luggage at the B&B reception even if the room is not ready yet.

To check-in before 10 am, please make arrangements in advance with us.

After 15:00 and on holidays we will remotely check-in via the intercom/ smart-lock.

Our guests will be given a map of the city, breakfast vouchers and useful information for your stay in Florence.

On the day of check-out, you can leave your luggage at our second location in Corso dei Tintori 33 (B&B La Casa dei Tintori), it is just a block away from your room. Here we have our reception open from 8am to 12pm, we will meet here if you need any information.
